Happy Thursday! ?? I started my day off with a run this morning and thought I’d share my typical post-workout smoothie if I’m not having breakfast right away, or am between meals ? I usually workout in the morning so I can get my day started on an energized and positive note, but there are also days where I don’t feel like working out till later (or at all) and that’s okay too! ?.

Smoothie DEETS ??:
1 frozen banana, a handful of frozen strawberries, 2 scoops @manitobaharvest hemp protein, a dash of vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup cashew milk + 1/2 cup of water all blended together! This isn’t enough as a meal for me, so if I’m making this as a breakfast smoothie I’d add kale, more strawberries, peanut butter, flax seed, etc. ✨.
