Homemade TWO INGREDIENT gnocchi with avo pesto ūüćÉ tag a friend a grab recipe below ‚ú®
Ingredients ‚ÄĘ1 pound russet potato
‚ÄĘ1 cup all purpose flour
1. Peel, chop & boil the potatoes for 15 minutes until really soft
2. Mash the potatoes with a potato ricer or fork (really well)
3. Add flour gradually and work it into the mashed potato… flour should be soft.
4. Flour a clean working station. Cut the dough into 4 pieces and roll each into a long skinny rope.
5. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
6. Meanwhile cut the rope into 1/2 inch pieces and press a fork into each ones to create the lines on each gnocchi.
7. When the water is boiling, reduce the heat to medium and work in batches adding 10 gnocchi to the hot water at a time. Cook for 2 minutes… gnocchi should raise to the top once ready. remove from the water and cook the remainder of your gnocchi.
8.
