I woke up this morning craving chia jam on toast, so that’s exactly what I made ? I love this jam as a way to sweeten up toast, oatmeal, smoothie bowls, and pretty much anything else! ? Plus I love the routine of making this jam – I usually make it first thing in the morning when I’m still sipping on my coffee and making my smoothie, so it’s such a nice way to wake up and take a few minutes for myself before getting into the day ✨ Do you have any morning habits that you love? ?.

Exact recipe for this jam can be found a few posts back, but it’s essential just 1 pound of strawberries, 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup, 2 tsp of lemon juice + 3 tbsp of chia seeds combined in a sauce pan and brought to a simmer (stirring consistently) for ~10-15 minutes until desired thickness ☀️
