Is there a more classic combo than PB + J ?! 🥜🍓 I honestly don’t think so ✨ I’ve been craving this combo for the past few weeks, so when I saw 4 pounds of strawberries on sale for $2 (yes, you read that right 👀) I jumped on the opportunity to make this delicious chia jam 🍂.
To make 👇🏼:
Mash 2 cups of berries of choice (can use fresh or frozen!). Place in a small pot with 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp maple syrup + 1 tbsp lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for ~20 minutes, u til the jam has reduced to your desired thickness. Note: it’ll thicken more once it cools! Spread on EVERYTHING and enjoy! 💛
