It’s been a while since I’ve shared a burrito bowl, and now I’m not sure why ✨ This entire bowl came together in about 15 minutes and is seriously packed with nutrients and more importantly, SO delicious ?? This would be the perfect meal to prep ahead of time since it can be eaten hot or cold and will keep you energized all day ?.

Bowl deets ??:
Sautéed black beans in chili powder, garlic powder + smoked paprika (to taste), quinoa, lettuce, red pepper, guacamole, red onion, sweet potato, cashew sour cream (1 cup of cashews, 1/3 cup water, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar + 1/4 tsp salt blended) + salsa combined ?
