Okay so this nut + seed loaf turned out SO much better than expected  If you wat…

Okay so this nut + seed loaf turned out SO much better than expected ?? If you watched my Story yesterday you’ll know that I was trying this bread from @mynewroots for the first time, and it definitely exceeded expectations ? it’s super dense, hearty and flavorful with roasted nuts + seeds, so I paired it with this homemade strawberry chia jam to balance out the flavors ? •

To make the jam??:
1. Mash up 1 pound (454g) strawberries until mostly smooth, with a few chunks (you can also do this in a blender!) ✨
2. Add to a small saucepan with 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (optional) + 2 tsp lemon juice (to preserve!) ?
3. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, then add 2-4 tbsp chia seeds (depending on desired thickness) ?
4. Continue to simmer for ~10-15 minutes until it has reached desired thickness. Store in the fridge and enjoy! ☺️

PS I took probably 1836372 photos until I started eating the bread and decided I liked this photo more ? does this happen to anyone else?! Food photography is weird ?❤️
