Cook brown rice, quinoa or any whole grain of choice. Meanwhile, stir fry together any veggies of choice + edamame or tofu with 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1 tbsp of minced ginger. Pour peanut lime sauce on top, serve with whole grain of choice and enjoy! ✨
