Post morning sprint session calls for a smoothie (although don’t most things?) ? this morning’s creation?? 1 scoop @vega_team, handful of frozen strawberries, handful of frozen bluebs, about 3 cups of spinach and kale, 1/4 cup of oats, 1 tsp maca powder, 1 tbsp ground flax all blended with water! ? so filling and delicious ? happy Thursday everyone!
