PSA if you don’t have the @hotforfood cookbook do yourself a favour and get it now! ✨ Last night my boyfriend and I made the mushroom “bacon” mac + cheese and it was incredible ?? The mushroom added such a delicious and unexpected smoky touch to the dish. Next on my list is to attempt homemade seitan … I’ll keep you posted! ??
