Spent the morning lounging in the sunshine (covered in SPF 50) enjoying a relaxing Sunday ☀️ I came back and was craving something super fresh, luckily I had these @minimalistbaker smoky BBQ burgers leftover ?? Having two of these topped with @daiya jalapeño havarti vegan cheese over a huge salad (MUCH bigger than this..) and wishing I was with my family on this dads day ? My dad is the most incredible, selfless person, and I feel so lucky to have him in my life today and everyday. I hope you all get to spend time with family today, and if not, I’m thinking of you and sending positivity and love your way ✨
