Sunday Dinner on a cold NYC evening calls for – “Hunky Heartbeat Cabbage Soup” a modern veganized version of borscht soup recipe from @ohsheglows app. Beets, red cabbage, onion, marinara sauce, dill (?!) and some cashew cream on top. Soupy deliciousness. Easy to prepare, but a long simmer time which makes is perfect For a slow paced Sunday.
