The most delicious smoothie bowl post 13.1 mile run ✨ There are some days when running 4 miles feels like a challenge, and other days that I run 13.1 miles and feel like I’m absolutely flying through the entire thing- today was one of those days 💫 Forever grateful for these legs that carry me the entire way and the time it gives me to recharge and be outside in the sunshine ☀️.
When I got home I was craving this berry smoothie bowl, filled with 2 cups of frozen berries, vegan protein powder, a tablespoon of chia seeds and a handful of spinach. I added homemade coconut granola and a dollop of my homemade coconut yogurt (not pictured) on top 🌿 I hope you’re all having a beautiful Saturday however you choose to spend it! 💛
