Toasting to Tuesday with my veggie filled sandwich ✨ I’ve got lots going on this week as i to have a productive week before going home to Halifax on Friday, so quick and easy lunches are key ??Whenever make sandwiches (and most meals tbh) I try to make sure they’re filled with carbs (whole wheat bread), protein (hummus), fat (hummus + olives), fibre (veggies) and FLAVOUR (everything tbh) to keep me satisfied ??.
