Tomorrow my family is throwing a party to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday… 150 family members and friends will be attending. There is 4 vegans attending the party so I took care of each little vegan and made these baby’s for our veg dinner ? Portabello stuffed mushrooms with veggies+ quinoa + @bitchinsauce pesto dip with a avocado pesto drizzle (pesto recipe could be found on blog)! Also serving this with garlic mashed potatoes. Who would want to be another vegan guest ? ?? #vegan
