Vegan broccoli & (not beef but tempeh?🤷🏻♀️) stir fry.
I used to love Chinese takeout 🥡 & this is one was one of my favorites.

8 ounces tempeh
1 ounces broccoli florets
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp corn starch
Cut tempeh into bite sized pieces. On a non stick pan over medium to high heat to toast up tempeh. For 2 minutes on each side or until a light brown color is developed on each side. In a small bowl combine all sauce ingredients, Whisk together. Add the broccoli florets to the pan with the tempeh and pour the sauce over. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until broccoli is cooked! Enjoy with brown or white rice 🍚
