Vegan “chicken” katsu rice burger ?GIVEAWAY (closed! Winner: @therealsarahbrannan) at the end of this post ❣️ This was pretty easy…I really don’t have an exact recipe for you all but here’s what I did;
I used the rice buns from my sushi burger recipe (could be found on the blog), baked up a @qrunchorganics patty until it was nice and CRISPY & created the most magical cashew curry sauce that I am forever obsessed with… here’s the recipe;
1 cup raw (soaked) cashews
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Pinch of salt & pepper
Blend ingredients until SMOOTH!
