I’m so excited to announce that my first SPANISH recipe blog post is up ✨ I will now be sharing ALL my recipes in ESPAÑOL TOO! Tag a friend in the comments below who would dig this news.
For now here are the INGREDIENTS in Spanish (for the future I will continue to put recipes ON my IG in English and Spanish version will be on my blog!)

1 yellow onion, cut into small cubes
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp + 1 tbsp avocado oil or oil of choice
1 package (340 gr) of minced vegan ground beef. (I use the Light Life brand)
2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1 tomato, seeded, cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tz (250ml) cooked rice (white rice)
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed + 2 tablespoons water
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
7 cups of broth or water + 1 tbsp of “Better then bouillon”
1 tsp avocado oil
1-2 tomatoes, seeded, cut into small cubes
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1 cup carrot, chopped
1 cup yellow potatoes, chopped
1 cup of zucchini, chopped (optional)

Avocado (optional)
