Whether you’re gearing up for #superbowlsunday or meal prepping for the week, these 4-ingredient energy bites would make an awesome addition! ?? I’ve started to make these as a part of my Sunday meal prep because they’re so easy to whip up in 5 minutes and are a perfect grab-and-go snack throughout the week! ?

To make ??:
1. Combine ~1/2 cup rolled oats and ~1 cup of oat flour in a large mixing bowl. You can make oat flour by just blending oats in a blender for 30 seconds!??
2. Add 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 1/4 cup of ground flax, and 3 tbsp of maple syrup. Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, a splash of vanilla, chia seeds, or coconut flakes!
3. Mix together until combined. You may need to add more oats if the mixture is too wet, more PB if it is too dry or not sticky enough, or more maple syrup if you want them sweeter.
4. Roll the mixture into balls and place in fridge to set for at least 1 hour (if you can wait that long ?). These can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week!
