3 Ingredient Cookie Sandwiches ✌🏻
Hi hello! It’s me, with a brand new easy as heck recipe that’s gluten free and vegan too! I’m all about these easy recipes and let me tell you why: the other day I wasted 9 ingredients attempting to make a similar cookie and I totally failed. They tasted horrible and I had no other option but to toss my failed cookies. Then, I made them again, but simplified my cookies to only 3 basic ingredients… needless to say, they turned out perfect 😍 You can find the recipe down below:
For the cookie:
~ 1/2 cup smooth almond butter
~ 1/3 cup maple syrup
~ 3/4 cup oat flour
For the filling:
~ you can use just nut butter, or, combine 1/3 cup creamy dairy free yogurt and 1/4 cup almond butter to make a creamier filling 😏
Mix the almond butter and maple syrup first and then mix. Add the oat flour next and mix to make your dough. Roll out the dough into even sized balls (about 1 tbsp sized) I made about 26!
Flatten each dough ball gently using a fork both ways to make the lines on top. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, cool, and turn into sandwiches! So easy 🤗
