5 ingredient almond flour biscuits 😍 One of the foods i miss the most is bread. Not being able to eat gluten hasn’t been the easiest, but I’ve managed to make the best out of it when baking sweets. Recently, I’ve been craving more savory foods and this was the perfect solution 👌🏻 They have only five ingredients and took less then five minutes to prep. i made these salty, but this recipe can definitely be modified to be sweet if that’s what you’re craving 😋 i topped one with @kitehillfoods dairy free cream cheese and the other with @wild_friends chocolate almond butter as an afternoon snack 🙌🏻 It’s not exactly toast, but I’ll call it biscuit Tuesday 🤗

Recipe: made 16 mini biscuits
~ 2 cups almond flour
~ 2 tsp baking powder
~ 2 eggs
~ 1/4 cup olive oil
~ sea salt
Mix all ingredients until the batter becomes thick. Roll into balls and flatten out onto pan. Bake at 350 until they’ve risen and look golden brown
