A lot of things in life come and go, but you know what never seems to fail me? Smoothie Bowls. There’s just something about a nice, cold, thick smoothie topped with all my favorite things that can just lift my mood and make everything better 🤗 So I’m sharing my uplifting bowl from this weekend to hopefully lift your mood if you’re having a bad day.
I made an açaí bowl using a packet of @acaiofamerica which is the cleanest and simplest açaí I’ve ever had. The only ingredient is the açaí and that’s all you need! I mixed in some of my favorite fruits and topped it off with my homemade granola, coconut flakes, more berries, and a drizzle of honey 🍯 I’ll link the granola in my bio if you want to check it out and if you have any questions about the açaí let me know. Loaded Berry Açaí Bowl:
~ 1 packet unsweetened açaí
~ 1/2 ripe avocado
~ 1/2 chopped and frozen apple
~ 1/3 cup frozen berries
~ 1/4 cup nut milk
Blend until smooth! Top with all the goods! You can mix it up with your toppings, but I always recommend adding granola for an extra textured crunch 🤗
