Back from the beach and reflecting on all the yummy food I ate ? It’s very hard for me to eat out these days, so I always try to prep enough food and snacks for myself so that I don’t go hungry. Even though I found a few awesome places to eat at while in Miami, my meal prep really saved the day ?? I made my chicken and avo salad, along with sweet potato fries, brown rice, and cookies for my sweet tooth ? I don’t travel anywhere without @sietefoods and @hopefoods hummus so I’m always ready for snack time! It’s been such a great week relaxing at the beach, but I’m ready to go back to my routine and crush 2018! Happy hump day friends ❤️

Life update: Even with all my food restrictions right now, I never feel deprived. I make sure to fill my body with nutrients and food that is both good for me and tastes amazing. I’m constantly baking so I’m never missing sweets. I finally feel like I’m kicking Crohns in the butt and hitting my stride ??‍♀️
