Came home from hot yoga with a full lunch plan. Only to open my fridge and find half the necessary ingredients missing 🤷🏻‍♀️ Made the best with what I had to make a fridge clean out meal. Had the last of my leftover sweet potato fries with a scoop of @hopefoods pesto hummus as a dip. Added a slice of @foodforlifebaking almond flour toast and topped it with @wild_friends chocolate almond butter, banana slices, and toasted coconut chips 😋 Although it wasn’t the meal I planned, it was just as yummy and filling as I wanted 👍🏻
