Can you say “holy PEARfection??”
You know what I love and always forget about? Pears 🍐 I’m always super attracted to colorful fruits and veggies at the grocery store, but pears are just kind of brown so they don’t catch my eye! But when you find the right one, it’s the sweetest thing. I love adding baked pears to my breakfast bowls because they literally melt in your mouth, especially over a warm bowl of oatmeal.
For this bowl I made overnight oats with 1/2 cup gluten free oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, and 3 tbs applesauce. I added in 1/2 pear and sliced and baked the other half. I always heat up my overnight oats, topped with @purely_elizabeth granola, and almond butter after this picture was taken 😍 Because what’s a bowl of oatmeal without almond butter, right??
