Gluten free, dairy free, and can be made vegan if you want it to be!
I am jumping on the pumpkin recipes way earlier than I thought. But I blame my roommate who decided she was going to make a pumpkin spice latte yesterday… and the only way to drink a pumpkin spice latte is with a pumpkin baked good right next to it ? I currently have two more new pumpkin recipes sitting on my counter, so I decided that I couldn’t wait to share this one. I got myself a box of @simplemills pumpkin mix and turned it into a vegan loaf using applesauce instead of eggs! Not because I’m vegan, but because I ran out of eggs ??‍♀️ Since the recipe is super simple, I decided to just write it down below. I hope you guys like it and have a happy Wednesday!

Chocolate Marbled PUMPKIN Bread:
1. Make the box mixture
2. Make the chocolate by combining 3 melted tbsp of coconut oil, 1/4 cup cacao, and 2 tbsp maple syrup. You can also just melt a chocolate bar, but this felt better to me lol!
3. Line a loaf pan and pour about 1/3 of the batter into the bottom
4. Add a layer of chocolate, more batter, more chocolate, and the rest of the batter on top
5. Top with chocolate chunks ?
6. Bake at 350 for about 30! Enjoy!!
