Cinnamon Sugar Swirl Pumpkin Cookies ✌?
You guys know that I’m already in the Christmas spirit, but that doesn’t mean I’m kicking pumpkin out the window just yet. I made these swirly cookies last week and I’m so excited to finally share them with y’all! These cookies are gluten free and vegan and they’re stuffed with a layer of almond butter, cinnamon, and coconut sugar. I also dipped each cookie in chocolate because chocolate makes everything better ?
