Dinner the other day after a killer ab day and yoga 💪🏼 Went to Whole Foods and got all the essentials in my brown box! Started with spinach and added grilled onions, cherry tomatoes, orange bell peppers, red cabbage, and diced grilled chicken. Also went for a little grain with quinoa and a little sweetness with pineapple 🍍 Such a filling meal after a long day!

I’ve managed to make time for yoga everyday this week. My day at school is always hectic and overwhelming, so devoting an hour in the afternoons for myself is always needed 🤸🏽‍♀️ Trying to work on flexibility and finding balance, both physically and emotionally 🙏🏻
