Doing back to back ✨ new recipes ✨ because I used the leftover baked vanilla cake to make these 👆🏼 These might be one of my new favorite things to make. They were super easy and taste AMAZING. When you cut out the shapes for your “PB&J sandwiches” (see last post) do yourself a favor and keep the leftover pieces until you’re ready to make these. All you need is three ingredients for the balls 🤗 They turned out super moist (hate that word sorry) and they’re the perfect fix for your sweet tooth. Make them yourself 👇🏼

Sweet potato cake balls 🎂:
1. Crush up leftover baked cake in food processor (I had about two full cups)
2. Add in one small mashed sweet potato
3. 1/3 cup smooth almond butter
4. Make small balls, add sticks, and cool in the freezer
5. Melt chocolate of choice and cover each ball well
6. Top the chocolate with sea salt, coconut, or your topping of choice
7. Let cool in fridge and e n j o y 😘
