Don’t know what to have for lunch? I got you 👆🏼 Thanks to my Mediterranean meal prep, I had a huge bowl full of all my faves! My bowl has brown rice, oven roasted veggies, grilled chicken, cucumber salad, and spinach 😍 I topped my bowl with a little scoop of homemade tahini sauce. This is my moms recipe so all creds go to her (thanks mom.) Hope y’all are absolutely crushing your Friday and eating some great meals, because I am 😏

Homemade Tahini Sauce recipe:
~ 1/2 cup Tahini
~ 1/2 cup water
~ 1 small lemon (juice)
~ season with: salt, pepper, garlic, parsly, and cilantro
Blend all ingredients super well. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more water and mix until you get the best consistency 👌🏻
