Double post today for an amazing lunch 😍 I hope this doesn’t look gross, because I promise it was delicious! I made my own version of turkey chili. Since I can’t eat beans, and don’t really like them anyway, I’ve resolved to finding my own recipe for making such a yummy cold day meal 🥘 I used this recipe to top a big bowl of brown rice! But you can also use it on top of pasta or just on its own. I warned this up for lunch today and it warmed me right up 😊 Make it yourself 👇🏼

Cook ground turkey on a pan with a little avocado oil, garlic, and onion salt before adding a lot of tomato sauce and spinach! Let that simmer and at the same time in the oven roast your veggies of choice. I did: sweet potato chunks, onions, yellow pepper, and carrots. After they were ready, I added them to the warm pan and mixed everything well so the tomato sauce covered all the veggies 🥕🍠🥒 Store in the fridge and reheat on the stove or the microwave if you’re in a hurry like me 🤷🏻‍♀️
