For once i can say happy Monday and actually mean it ? i have the whole week off from work and I’m going to New York tomorrow! I’ve packed an endless supply of snacks which I’ll share with you guys later. In the mean time, check out my breakfast. I’m heading to hot yoga soon so i didn’t want to overload my stomach. i made cinnamon apple gluten free oatmeal in a mug topped with @onedegreeorganics brown rice puffs and cinnamon roasted sweet potato. My breakfast wouldn’t be complete without @wild_friends chocolate almond butter of course ??♀️ Hope everyone has an awesome day and a great thanksgiving. i can’t wait to share some new recipes with y’all ?

Recipe for oats:
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
~ 2 tbs cinnamon apple sauce
~ 1 honey crisp apple chopped up into tiny pieces
~ cinnamon
Mix up super well and microwave until steaming ☕️ Top with all your faves and enjoy!
