Fun fact: sometimes I eat oatmeal for two meals in one day and I have no shame 🤷🏻‍♀️ I got another mini wisdom tooth surgery yesterday afternoon so hard foods are out for now, but I’m not really complaining because that just means more oatmeal for now. These are a really simple recipe of baked cinnamon pear oats topped with more pear, dairy free yogurt, and smooth almond butter 😍 This meal was exactly what I needed last night, but let me tell y’all, eating with a half numb mouth is not easy… hope y’all have a great Thursday full of oatmeal ❤️ #bakedbychen

Cinnamon pear baked oats:
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
~ cinnamon
~ chopped pear
* mix well and top with more sliced pear. Bake at 350 and top with your faves like yogurt or almond butter 👌🏻
