Getting in on the ~fry~day action this morning 😏 If I haven’t said it enough, meal prep is one of my favorite things to do! I love being ready for the week in terms of food because that’s just one less thing I have to worry about. Craving protein? Already ready! Want veggies? Already prepped! Need sweets? Im always craving baked goods let’s be honest 🤷🏻‍♀️ Something I always prep is fries in some way! Sweet potato, zucchini, carrot, and more. Carrots have been a fun and easy go to recently. I just buy a large pack of long carrots, wash them well, peel, and then cut into desired fry shape 🍟 I mixed these with @chosenfoods avo oil and a mix of garlic seasoning and chili lime. I baked at 350 until one side looked crispy, gave them a mix, and then toasted the other side! The whole process took less than 30 minutes from start to finish 👌🏻 Super easy and always delish! I dipped these babies in hummus, but just chose whatever makes you happy. Happy Friday friends! Hope it’s a great one ❤️
