Good morning from San Francisco! My body is so thrown off with the time change, so it’s 5 am and I’m ready to take on the day lol 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wanted to start off Sunday with a new recipe for you guys. I made five ingredient chocolate chip muffins! These guys are totally gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free and still taste totally amazing I promise. The inside is super soft, just swipe to see! I hope you guys are having a great weekend so far, I can’t wait to share some San Fran pics already 💕

Chocolate chip muffins:
~ 1 tbs ACV
~ 2 tsp baking soda
~ 4 eggs
~ 1/2 cup @dastonybrand cashew butter
~ 1/2 cup @traderjoes almond butter (you can use 1 cup of one nut butter, but I had a little left of each which is why I mixed them!)
~ 1/4 cup applesauce
Mix baking soda and apple cider vinegar first, then add in the other ingredients. Mix really well and pour into muffin tin! You can mix @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips into the mixture, or just on top for a sweet addition 🍫 Bake at 350 for about 32 minutes (poke with a toothpick and make sure it comes out clean before removing them) Happy baking!
