Good morning guys! I wanted to share my pre yoga sculpt breakfast this morning ?? I guess it’s more of a snack than a breakfast because as soon as class is over, I’ll be baking up some oats ? But, to hold me over, I made some sweet banana “sushi” using @wild_friends almond butter and coconut granola. It’s super easy to make and even more fun to eat lol. Just roll the banana in a layer of almond butter, coat in your choice of granola (or something else crunchy), cut up and enjoy ? This is exactly what I needed to fuel me for class. I can’t eat anything super big before I work out, but not eating before a workout is never good either. I just end up hungry and cranky, I basically invented hangry… I’ve been loving quick go tos like this one, do y’all have any I can try?? I’d love to expand my snacking horizon ?
