Good morning! I overslept this morning so I’m missing my morning yoga class, but maybe it was meant to be because I got to make this amazing breakfast instead 😍 Used @simplemills pancake mix to create these waffles. I subbed out oil and used applesauce as usual and added in a little cinnamon. Topped each one with a little apple butter and @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chips 🍫 Because I wanted more food, I baked one whole apple which I cored and added in a little @foragerproject yogurt and @wild_friends chocolate almond butter 👌🏻 I’m so full and happy and ready for a later yoga class!

Even one month ago, missing a class or a workout would have stressed me out. Now, I’m working on accepting that missing one class won’t destroy all the hard work I’ve put in. I use the gym as a time to unwind and I genuinely enjoy my time there. There’s no need to punish myself for taking a little extra time in the morning to get out of bed 😴
