✨ Good morning ✨ This past weekend I was inspired by one of my friends to make my own granola bar! I still love my usual go to bars like @rxbar, but it’s nice to be able to make my own when I’m craving something different ? I made a huge batch of these and individually wrapped them. I froze about half so I can just take one out the night before and be ready with a perfect snack ?? Make these bars for yourself if you’re in need of an easy and healthy snack!

Quinoa and oat granola bars:
~ 1 cup uncooked quinoa
~ 1 cup gluten free oats
~ 1 medium mashed sweet potato (can sub three bananas)
~ 3 tbs almond butter
~ 3 tbs applesauce
~ 1/2 tsp baking powder
~ 1 tsp cinnamon
~ Optional: 2 tbs honey, @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips, extra nuts!
* Mix all ingredients and spread smoothly into a baking dish. Let bake at 350 until the edges have crisped. Let cool before cutting to desired shape and drizzle chocolate of course ?
