Good morning! We made it to hump day guys. The weekend is so close and I’m celebrating with a smoothie bowl ? There’s honestly nothing better than a thick smoothie (basically ice cream) on a warm summer morning. It really helps me wake up and start the day on the right foot! It’s been my fave go to breakfast this summer. And, in case y’all haven’t noticed, I can’t possibly have a smoothie without toppings so I have to add things like more fruit, crunchy granola, or almond/ granola butter ?? I think it just makes more satisfied and keeps me fuller for longer. What’s your favorite way to smoothie??

Fruity Sweet Potato smoothie:
~ 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
~ 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
~ 2 tbs applesauce
~ 1/2 small sweet potato mash
~ 1/3 cup and 2 tbs cashew milk
Blend all ingredients and eat! If you like it not as thick, add a little more milk ?
