Happy Friday friends! I’m taking yet another Friday off to see one of my amazing friends graduate from the best school in the world 🤗 Couldn’t start the day without a great breakfast so I made cinnamon pear baked oats in my mini skillet #bakedbychen. Topped it with 1/2 pear, frozen blackberries, @dangfoods plain coconut chips, and a spoonful (or two 😏) of @kweenandco granola butter. I’m such a fan of this product I can’t even explain it. I’ve loved adding it to just about anything these days. Anyway, the recipe is super easy to make and is totally gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free! Hope y’all have the best Friday and a great weekend, sending so much love ❤️

Cinnamon pear baked oats:
~ 1/2 cup @bobsredmill gluten free oats
~ 1/2 cup @foragerproject cashew milk
~ 3 tbs applesauce
~ 1/2 chopped pear
~ lots of cinnamon!
Mix well and bake at 350 until the top is golden brown and steamy 😍
