Happy Friday from me and my cinnamon apple overnight oats ? Went pretty simple with my breakfast this morning, but sometimes I just want a simple meal. Started the bottom with 1/3 cup gluten free oats and 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk. Added a lot of cinnamon and 2 tbs unsweetened apple sauce. Topped it off with ½ honeycrisp apple chunks. This morning I added a little @barbarasbakery honey puffins cereal, fresh figs, and @wild_friends chocolate almond butter. This is definitely one of my favorite go to breakfasts because its easy to make and likely to please ?

I’ve been having some health concerns recently so next week I’ll be cutting out some foods and trying new things to see if I can get my Crohns back under control ??‍♀️ If anyone has any simple baking recipes I can try please message me! Hopefully I can still eat all the food I love ?
