Happy Friday from my sweet potato and I! On the rare occasion I don’t eat oats for breakfast, I like to mix it up with whatever else I’m craving 🤷🏻‍♀️ This morning I wanted cinnamon baked sweet potato with all the toppings. I started by adding a little strawberry jelly from @traderjoes 😍 I’ve been obsessed with jelly recently because the flavor is amazing and it has no artificial sugars. Next I added @foragerproject plain yogurt, baked apple slices, grainless granola, @navitasorganics goji berries, and some baked coconut chips 👌🏻 Topped it all off with @wild_friends chocolate almond butter as I do every breakfast lol 🤤 Not sure if this was just a bowl of toppings, but I’m ok with it!
