Happy hump day from your fave topping filled bowl of oatmeal 🤗 Wednesdays are definitely my hardest days of the week because I have the hardest classes to teach and it just seems like the weekend is a million miles away 🙃 To help me get through it with a smile, I started my day with double chocolate overnight oats topped with @purely_elizabeth granola, @foragerproject yogurt, @navitasorganics goji berries, and @wild_friends chocolate almond butter for more chocolate lol 🍫 I also added cinnamon roasted sweet taters, baked apple chunks, and a couple fresh strawberries. Not looking forward to the rest of the day, but always looking forward to my next meal 😏 look out for that later today!

Double chocolate overnight oats:
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/2 cup almond milk
~ 2 tbs applesauce
~ 1/2 tbs cacao powder
~ 1 tbs @enjoylifefoods mini chocolate chips
* stir in a container and let sit overnight. I warmed them up this morning and mixed well so the chocolate was melted!
