Happy #mugmonday! Woke up feeling not my best self, so I needed my “think happy thoughts” mug 🤗 There’s just something about drinking out of a pretty mug that makes the drink taste infinitely better. Paired my happy mug with a bowl of peach overnight oats topped with cinnamon roasted peach slices, frozen raspberries, @purely_elizabeth granola, and @foragerproject yogurt. I also added crushed @rhythmsuperfoods cinnamon beat chips and @navitasorganics goji berries. Definitely went for the pink/red theme today 🎈 The bowl wouldn’t have been complete without a @wild_friends almond butter swirl! Hoping this breakfast helps me feel better because Monday’s are hard enough as it is 🤷🏻‍♀️ What’s your go to “feel better” meal?

🍑 Peach overnight oats:
~ 1/2 finely chopped peach
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
~ 2 tbs applesauce
~ pinch shredded coconut
Mix well and let sit overnight!
