Happy Saturday everyone! I have a weekend packed full of fun things, but I still make sure I have time for breakfast. No matter what’s going on, I have to have something in my stomach before I do anything. I just feel so much happier and ready to take on the day when I’ve started with a breakfast like this 🤗 This morning I made a new baked oat recipe: Tropical pineapple and coconut baked oats! I had a little extra pineapple in the fridge, so mostly I wanted to eat it before it went bad, but it worked lol 🤷🏻‍♀️ Im so bad about timing these things, but typically I look for a golden brown edge around the oats so I know they’re ready. I topped my oats with @birdseedfoodco grainless granola and a swirl of @wild_friends almond butter 🌀 I hope you guys have a great Saturday! I’d love to know what you’re up to 💕

Pineapple and coconut baked oats:
~ 1/3 cup finely chopped pineapple
~ 1 tbs shredded coconut
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/2 cup cashew milk
~ 3 tbs applesauce
~ 1 egg white (totally optional, I just wanted a little extra protein this morning!)
Mix well, top with extra pineapple, and b a k e ✨
