Happy Saturday guys! I’m having a bit of a rough morning, so I decided to treat myself to a happy and colorful breakfast. I’m taking the rest of the morning super easy and slow before I teach two classes today. I’ll update you guys on how those go later lol ✌? More importantly though, here’s what I ate: I cut a papaya in half, took out the seeds, and filled them with @foragerproject yogurt, @purely_elizabeth granola, @navitasorganics goji berries, and cacao nibs. I wanted more chocolate as always so I added one @soozysmuffins muffin with @georgiagrinders almond butter ? and bee pollen. I can’t say this meal cured my mood, but it definitely helped a little.
