Happy Thursday 🤗 I woke up feeling so much better than yesterday guys. I was feeling a little overwhelmed, like I said, but I ate some food, went for a run, and slept and I’m feeling more like myself today. I ran for the first time in a long time and I ran a little more than a 5k which I’ve actually never done 🏃🏽‍♀️ I’ve never been a long distance runner, or even enjoyed running that much, but the weather was beautiful so I just enjoyed the time I had outside and I felt incredible after! I’m sharing this because if you have any tips on stretching after I would love to hear them 🙏🏻 My legs feel extra tight today so I definitely need to make sure I recover better in the future.

Now for the food 👆🏼 I started my day with a giant bowl of orange creamsicle oats (recipe a while back) topped with @purely_elizabeth granola, cara cara orange, and coconut chips. I also added a giant spoonful of @wild_friends almond butter because what’s a bowl of oatmeal without it?? If you can’t find the recipe, just let me know 😘
