Happy Tuesday everyone! I woke up feeling the post Disney sadness. All I wanted to do was eat my quick little yogurt and head to the parks ? I’m trying to cure my sad state by enjoying a nice big breakfast instead. Sometimes food is the best medicine.
I made a white plum overnight oat recipe last night and then warmed it up this morning for a super creamy oatmeal ? I topped it with @rxbar almond butter and added a raspberry compote while they’re still fresh! Added @purely_elizabeth granola, pepitas, and bee pollen for the perfect breakfast cure. What’s your feel good food? Mine is definitely a warm bowl of oatmeal right now ✨

Pluot overnight oats:
~ 1 small pluot (its a fruit I swear)
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/2 cup almond milk
~ 3 tbs applesauce
Keep overnight and warm in the morning until the oatmeal is nice and thick ??
