Hello! It’s me with your Friday morning baked oats 🙋🏻‍♀️ I seriously can’t go a full day without eating a bowl of oatmeal, what have I become?? My body is definitely 80% oats 20% almond butter at this point. But no complaints here 😏 Starting my day off right with a new #bakedbychen baked oats recipe! Needed to squeeze some extra veggies in today so I combined zucchini and pear with chocolate chips to create zucchini, pear, and chocolate baked oats (such a creative name I know I know 🤗) I topped my oatmeal with 1/2 baked pear, @wild_friends almond butter, and a huge serving of @beefreeglutenfree chocolate grain less granola, aka, my new addiction! The whole process took less than twenty minutes to make and less than four minutes to eat lol. I hope y’all have an amazing Friday, keep pushing to the weekend ❤️

Zucchini, pear, and chocolate baked oats:
~ 1/2 cup gluten free oats
~ 1/3 cup @foragerproject cashew milk
~ 3 tbs applesauce
~ 1/2 finely chopped pear
~ 1/3 cup grated and dried zucchini
~ @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chips
Mix well and bake at 350 until the top is golden brown and the pear on top looks perfect 😍 top and enjoy!
