Here’s your happy Friday reminder that you can do ✨ a n y t h i n g ✨ you set your mind to. If you had told me a year ago that this is where I’d be, I would have laughed. A year ago, I was so out of tune with my body. I didn’t know what my body needed and wanted.
Although it hasn’t been the easiest process, I’m so incredibly proud of how far I’ve come. I’m a cooking and baking, yoga loving girl. I love my meal prep days, I love eating the recipes I create, and most importantly, I love the way my body feels inside and out. That’s not to say that I don’t have my bad days where the negative thoughts come back, but I’m human so I work through them and maybe take a yoga class to clear my head ?
Last night I overcame a huge hurdle and got upside down! Yes, I’m using blocks for extra support, but I know I’ll get it soon enough. Just trust yourself y’all and do what your body needs for you and you only ❤️
