Hey friends! Let’s talk for one second about anxiety. I always preach happiness and relaxation, but sometimes it’s impossible not to let anxiety get me down ??‍♀️ And sometimes it comes out of nowhere! This weekend I had things planned back to back and I realized I was stressing all the little things when I shouldn’t have. It totally got me in the worst mood and I hate the way I was acting. So, just a tip that helps me, even when you have a million things happening, carve out just a little time for yourself. Read a book, eat a good meal, or (in my case) take a yoga class! I woke up a little earlier and took an hour to give myself a little self care ? And that’s exactly what I needed because I’m feeling so much more like myself now. I’d love to know what you guys do to help when you’re feeling overwhelmed, I’m always looking for new things.
Now for my breakfast ?? I had a big yogurt bowl topped with opal apple, @purely_elizabeth granola, @wild_friends almond butter, frozen berries, and one chocolate @soozysmuffins. I baked it in the oven for a little and it was a game changer, super melty and yummy ?
